Verification Status Data: identity verification may be required prior to us accepting your deposit; in such cases, we only receive a verification confirmation reference or status (e.g., "Approved" or "Rejected") from an authorised third-party identity verification provider. We do not collect, view, or store identity documents or biometric information.
Technical and Usage Data: IP address, browser type and version, time zone setting, operating system, and pages viewed, collected automatically via cookies and web analytics.

To understand site traffic and improve visitor experience.
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We share personal data strictly with trusted service providers who are directly necessary to fulfill your order, verify your identity, and run our core business:
Logistics & Fulfillment Partners (Switzerland): To deliver your watch, we share your name, delivery address, email address, and phone number with our assembly and logistics partner, ADMN Assist (located in Le Locle, Switzerland), as well as their appointed specialised couriers. This information is used strictly to package, insure, clear through customs, and ship your timepiece.
Third-Party Identity Verification Providers: Where identity verification is required prior to accepting a deposit, customers will be directed to an independent, accredited identity verification provider. Any identity documents (such as passports, driving licenses, proof of address, or facial liveness scans) are collected and processed directly by the verification provider under their own independent security and privacy standards. NEODE does not receive, view, or retain your underlying identity documents or biometric data; we receive only a confirmation status indicating whether the verification was successful.
Analytics Providers: Anonymised and aggregated technical data to help us understand website performance, subject to your cookie preferences.
Legal and Regulatory Obligations: We will only disclose your data to law enforcement, government bodies, or tax authorities (such as HMRC) if strictly required to do so by applicable law, court order, or formal statutory obligation.
